Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Subscription Cancellation. You have a right to cancel your Subscription (i.e., turn off auto-renewals for the upcoming Service period) at any time. Please note that canceled Subscriptions will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing Service period.
  2. Refund. We seek your full satisfaction with our Services. However, if you are not satisfied with our Services, you may cancel the Subscription and request a refund within thirty (30) days following your initial purchase of our Services (“Money Back Guarantee”). In any case, we would be glad to troubleshoot an issue you experienced before you decide to request a Money Back Guarantee.  Devices purchases are nonrefundable with the exception of Warranty related issues.  See Warranty below.
  3. Payment of Refund. Your request will be processed without any unreasonable delay and the refund will be paid using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase, except as otherwise mutually agreed, unless applicable law prohibits us or payment service providers we rely on from processing the refund. Payments made using prepaid cards or gift cards will not be refunded if such refund is not supported by the provider of the card. Once the refund is issued to you, you will lose access to the Services for which you were refunded.
  4. Eligibility for Refund. Refunds are available for each of our Services through our Money Back Guarantee. If you buy a particular Service again after the first refund for such Service, you will not be granted a Money Back Guarantee for any of its further cancellation. In case you cancel your Subscription at any time after the expiration of the respective Money Back Guarantee period, you shall be charged for the whole Subscription’s duration (e.g., if you purchase an annual Subscription and you decide to cancel your Subscription after two (2) months, you will be charged the whole price, but once Subscription has ended, it will not be renewed).
  5. Canceling the Auto-Renewal of the Subscription Purchased on our Website. If you have purchased an automatically renewing Subscription on our Websites and would like to stop it from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time from your Account. Canceled Subscriptions will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing Service period.

Warranty Coverage Agreement

Klok Platform-compatible hardware (the “Klok Device”) purchased from Klok, LLC (“Klok,” (“Us,” or “We”) or from authorized resellers located in the United States are eligible for warranty protection under this Warranty Coverage Agreement (the “Warranty”).  This Warranty is provided and administered solely by Klok. 

1. Covered Klok Devices. The Warranty is provided only for the Klok Devices listed here:

2. Warranty Terms. We warrant the Klok Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Klok Device, and you follow the instructions for returning the Klok Device, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Klok Device using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Klok Device with a new or refurbished Klok Device that is equivalent to the Klok Device to be replaced, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Klok Device. This limited warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair, replacement part or replacement Klok Device for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever period is longer. All replaced parts and Klok Devices for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Klok Device that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire, alteration, or damage from any third-party repair, third-party parts, commercial use, or other external causes.
  1. Instructions. For specific instructions about how to obtain warranty service for your Klok Device, please contact Warranty Service at [email protected]. In general, you will need to deliver your Klok Device in either its original packaging or in equally protective packaging to the address specified by Customer Service. Before you deliver your Klok Device for warranty service, it is your responsibility to remove any removable storage media and back up any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on your Klok Device. It is possible that such storage media, data, software or other materials will be destroyed, lost or reformatted during service, and we will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

  2. Limitations. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. TO THE EXTENT ANY STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS “LIMITATIONS” SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR EUROPEAN UNION.

This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may have additional rights under applicable law, and this limited warranty does not affect such rights.
