Hold down the Home button for about 20 seconds. The device will turn off and reboot to the start-up screen. Release the Home button when the screen flashes white. This clears the cache and resets configurations to default. (Note: A Hard Reset resolves most issues but does not erase all settings.)
Use a reset pin to press the small hole next to the SIM tray. At the same time, press the Home button for about 10 seconds. The screen will flash, and the device will boot up twice. (Note: A Factory Reset erases all data and should be done only if directed by Support.)

If your device won’t charge, it could be due to using a low-wattage charge block. Make sure to use a 20W charging block.
